silverware
condiment packets like catsup, mustard, coffee creamer, sugar (or sugar substitute), or those little tubs of jelly
ALL the teabags in the little basket they bring out when you order tea
the individually wrapped crackers and breadsticks from the bread bowl

Worked at a restaurant where a patron fell down in the lobby, spilling from her purse all the sweetener packets from the table. Which she hurriedly scooped back into her purse while we tried to help her up. Another patron had a martini glass "souvenier" in her purse.
Toilet paper would have been my other guess.
