hours at work spent in the restroom
gallons of gas driving around waiting for a 'better' parking spot to open up
dollars at parking meters paying for more time on the meter than they will need

Hmmm, Us Population is ~325 million, adult population is ~250 million.....
So approx. 1 in every 2 Americans, or 2 out of every 3 adults will waste one of these.
