Good morning Penny, and anyone else who may be lurking. It's another 80+ degree day but the humidity is back and it's the 4th straight day of rain. If this warm weather keeps up, I might make it to November without wearing pants.

We just got home from 3 weeks in Italy. We were in Rome when Jimmy played in Paris, we were in Monterosso when the Rolling Stones played in Lucca (50 miles away), we were in Lucca when the Eagles (with Vince Gill) and the Doobie Brothers played in Seattle (3 miles from our house). After I get the 700 pictures sorted out, I'll post a few in the pictures thread.

I went to the county treasurer's office to pay my vehicle tax so I can renew the registration on my car. It's 85 degrees and muggy. There was a woman in the parking lot wearing a sundress and knee high black leather boots.

So, since I hit my medical deductible way back in April I decided to move forward with a right thumb arthroplasty. No use re-setting that $1,500 by waiting til 2018, right
