Good morning ladies. I had blueberry pancakes with maple syrup that was a gift from Canadian parrotheads. Yum!

I thought I had a dentist appointment this morning so I got up earlier than I usually do to make sure I'd be there on time. Then I checked my calendar. The dentist appointment is tomorrow.

G'morning from CO. Pretty and sunny day. Supposed to get some snow on Thursday. Not a lot, tho.
E is sleeping on the couch again. Had his first PT yesterday. Wore him out! OUCH!!

So, for the 1st time in my 35 yr legal employment history, our Pennsylvania Superior Court has done something AMAZING.
3 yrs. go 2 young men (ages 16 & 19 at the time), conducted a home invasion and brutually tortured, sexually assaulted, and then murdered a young woman from our church.

The younger of the 2 attackers filed an appeal with our Superior Court alleging his sentence of 70-109 years was too harsh since he was a juvenile at the time of the crime.
Well, our Superior Court DENIED his appeal and decided that he will be re-sentenced because he should have received LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE.
Well done lawmakers !

I had a good eye exam today, but the doctor mentioned monthly injections for the future. YIPE!

That's awesome.
