Hoo-boy it is crazy windy and rainy out there. Generator kicked in a couple of hours ago. We have 50 mph wind gusts.

Good morning Nancy. It's nice to have a generator. Maine gets a lot of storms that knock out power.

It's a must for me, I need to be able to work.
You guys getting seeing anything in PA? My sister in NJ says it's a mess by her, too.

Good morning.
I stayed up until 1:00am watching the World Series but when it went into extra innings I thought it might go on for another hour so I decided to go to bed. I woke up this morning and checked the score, it only lasted one more inning, probably less than a half hour, and I missed the end of the game. Oh well.

Hi folks. Hey Rickie we had some hellacious winds last night. Lawn furniture and recycling drums all over the place.
Power went off a few times. Got some closed roads and a few downed power lines nearby.

You missed a wild ending, Larry. It ended about 1:40am.

We just had rain. Our area misses a lot of storms.

I had to break down and put on a pair of jeans, it was 39 degrees when I woke up this morning and it's only 41 now.

Morning BN. The rain and wind from yesterday stopped just before I left for work. Thank goodness. Now it's just the wind. I think I saw Dorothy and Toto go by.

Good morning BN. Sounds pretty rough up in the northeast, y'all hunker down!
Beautiful week ahead of us here, mid 70's and nights back in the 50's/60's. Sunny.

Good afternoon folks.
It's like living in Kansas here -- high winds -- but, at least the sun is shining now.

The battery in my watch died so I went to a jewelry store in the mall to get it replaced. The battery, with a 5 year warranty, was $19.95. That's more than I paid for the watch.

E had another PT appointment today. They pushed him pretty hard, but he knows it's necessary. I can't watch, so I sit in the lobby and check on him every once in a while. I posted this on FB, cause this was my hour waiting for him.
Interesting things you see in medical buildings while in the lobby waiting for hubby during PT. An elderly man was sleeping in one of the chairs. He left and when he came back, I smiles and asked if he had a nice nap? He laughed and then starts going on about how Oswald didn't kill Kennedy. Okay.... Then a lady was walking around in her robe and slippers. Can't unsee the gal on crutches with what looked like just her underwear and a cropped top. (It's 28 degrees outside). Best one is a nice lady who walked by and started going on about how much she loved my hair. She's a former hairdresser, dontcha know
Before we left, I had to scrape 1/4" of ice off of his car. That was fun... NOT!!
Now the Broncos are playing KC, and I'm actually not really interested as I have been in the past.
