Happy New Year! Monday@ the MSC

Post by bodypainter »

Good morning BN. I spent 4 weeks worth of nights away from home last year,a lot of that time with parrotheads. My goal is to beat that this year.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Morning Bill, Linda & BN.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Hubby is switching out the tires on the side by side as well as riding Lucy around to get her used to it. I'm still layed up on the couch so now even the dog has ridden in our new toy before me :-?
You're only as young as you are right now. Make the best of it!

If the Frosted Ball is MLK Weekend (which I think it is the weekend before) we need to run into each other. I will be in Cleveland that weekend for volleyball with the keet. How cool would that be?

Happy New Year, BN! We actually stayed up long enough to ring it in watching New York and again in New Orleans. Slept until about 7:30 and then napped until 9.
well, ummmmmmm, yah, I guess I better come up with something witty to put in this spot since everyone is reading it.......

A whopping '0' degrees here in Limeville. That's an improvement, it was -16 when the pup woke me up at 5am. [smilie=shake.gif]

I'm getting ready to watch the NHL Winter Classic at CitiField, the Rangers are playing the Buffalo Sabres. If I still lived in NY I would probably be there, freezing.

Ahoy! We had a heck of a ride to Erie.Coming back was worse. Larry , they had the hockey arena on the weather channel this morning. A goalie was interviewed about wind chill. He'd rather have the wind at his back. I doubt many pros worry about that with all the indoor rinks.
Mel, the Frosted Ball is the North Coast Parrothead club's big party. Check it out on FB.You could trade your kid off to another parent and join us! I think we have 2 extra tickets.
Andrea, I see a hint in your post that your husband is ready to travel. Bring him to Parrotfest!

I wish I could, Bill! That would be so much fun! However, you are there the weekend before us--we are in town the 12th - 14th. I was really excited for a minute until I checked the dates :(

Oh well, maybe next time.

Happy New Year, boys and girls. :)

Quiet day. We actually stayed up just past midnight last night! :o

It's a day of cooking - no traditions - just lots of food. :)

Sounds like a good day. :) The other day I found some sauerkraut made with a little beer. I LOVE sauerkraut cause my grandma made it soooo well. This one even has caraway seed in it, and it ate it right out of the jar. Pretty tasty. They have a few other flavors, but I liked it. :)
