Good Morning BN!

A little tidbit of music info:

On January 28 1978, The Fleetwood Mac album Rumours went to No.1 on the UK album chart. The groups eleventh studio album went on to sell over 45 million copies world-wide and spent over 440 weeks on the UK chart. Good afternoon. It rained overnight, it's raining now and it's supposed to rain pretty much all day. I made a pot of chili yesterday. I think I'll heat it up, have a beer and watch the NHL All Star game.

"Don't Stop" is my class song from when I graduated in 1984.

Sunny day here mid 30's. Almost don't want to do anything inside because of the sun.

Hey y'all, happy Sunday. Wicked work week coming up but I did a couple of good things for myself this weekend:

- set up my treadmill, which has been in storage since we moved here
- signed up for an eight week BeachBody class with my friend's daughter who is a coach

Not a resolution or anything but sitting in front of my computer all day is taking a toll. Oh, and age, too.

Afternoon BN. Went to the gym for the first time in a while (can I blame it on my knee?) before work. Will be seeing a friend sing backup in a band for an after Grammy party.

I used to sit in front of a computer all day too and except playing softball I didn't get any exercise. After I retired I started walking a lot and in a little less than 2 years I lost almost 40 pounds. I've gained some of it back but I still weigh less than I did when I had a job.

Definitely doing more walking up here, with and without the dog. But we had a good two months of bitter cold/ice and that was my excuse. With the treadmill out - no more excuse.
