Get ready Parrot Heads: Jimmy Buffett is playing KeyArena
By Zosha Millman, SeattlePI, Tuesday, February 20, 2018
Get your dress-Hawaiian shirt ready, because Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be coming to KeyArena this June.
The one-night only event will be a stop on Buffett's "Son of a Sailor Son of a Sailor" Tour, a celebration of both the titular LP from 1978 40 years later, and a recently released project called "Buried Treasure."
The latter is a collection of songs that Buffett wrote in the early days of his career and recorded back in the day.
"When we found the tapes of 'Buried Treasure,' I didn't know that it would turn out to be such a unique situation where I'd actually get to honor and introduce the people who started me out," Buffett said in a statement.
The former needs no introduction, especially among Parrotheads, as it included the title track, "Cheeseburger in Paradise," "Livingston Saturday Night," and more classic Buffett tracks.
If you're itching to slow down and sing along to "Cowboy in the Jungle," keep June 23 bookmarked, and be sure to buy tickets when they go on sale on Friday, March 2, at 10 a.m.

I'll be first in line for tickets, but it's a pretty sure bet that there won't be any within 30 rows of the stage unless you want to pay $500 on the secondary market....
