Cool ship, Rabz! what's the nature of her work?

She was built for the US Army in 1944 and most recently was used as a cargo ship. She now sits derelict in Vanuatu.

She is the MV Betsy Ross. The image is of her in Port Vila Harbour, Vanuatu.

Her actual status is disputed, as there are court actions over her sale, She isn't abandoned as there is security on board, but her ownership (and liability) is unclear.

I gather she is still at her mooring (as of a few days ago). There are some talking about using her as a museum exhibit up on the hill overlooking the harbour.

I can see myself cruising the Western Pacific on her. Like Bogey and the Africa Queen.

Got some kinda good news this morning. ❤ so it is going to be a good day.

Got some biopsy and test results....looks like I am going to live awhile longer.
