Not disagreeing with what he is playing, I just love Gretsch big bodies and was just showing another example of their beauty. I have a friend that has had one since 1974 and it is a 1963 model.

I think because she hits the highs he can't anymore, she opens up the songbook a bit. I don't think he could have pulled off "Coast" if she wasn't there without tuning down significantly.

True he hasn't hit the highs in years, and that is ok with me, but I've listened to her enough the last few shows and she is average at best and that is me being kind. To each his own.
