Good morning BN. I'm down 31 pounds, but the past weekend had many indulgences. I got on the scale today and no weight gain! So, the line came to me "dream about weight loss".
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

E's birthday today. :) We'll be at the Brewery, as is our tradition.

I still feel/sound awful and am supposed to have a audio/video interview. :-? I initiate it. So I will do it, and quickly bow out and request a re-schedule.

Good morning. It's 80 degrees already and very humid. I'm going to the Pelicans game tonight, Tuesday's game was my last voucher for a free ticket from the blood drive the team sponsored back in March but tonight is one of my regular games. Tuesday's weather was just like today but there was a breeze at the ballpark so it didn't feel that bad. I hope it's like that again tonight.

Ahoy! I had a retinal check up following laser surgery 6 weeks ago and got a good report. It's been an emotional roller coaster ride with the latest eye issues. It came to a head during 5 O Clock at Cleveland when I saw my painted girl on the big screen. I drunk cried through the next several songs. With this report, I'll be fine at the other shows. :D

That's the kind of day it is here too, 80 degrees, humid, overcast. It hasn't rained yet but the sky's been getting darker for the last hour or so. Maybe I should get to the Pelicans game early tonight. Winston-Salem's manager is future Hall of Famer Omar Vizquel and I want to try to get his autograph before the game.

It was so hot and humid here today that after work when I got in my car, my eyelids were actually sweating!!!😜
