Good late morning. The food at the Beer Den dinner last night was outstanding.

I still don't like the new rule minor league baseball has for extra inning games, starting each inning with a man on 2nd base, but it worked to the Pelicans advantage again last night. They won 5-4 in 10 innings.

Minor league teams do a lot of stuff on the field with fans between innings. One of the things the Pelicans do is give a fan a price of a grocery item and ask them if the real price is higher or lower. If they get 2 out of 3 right, they win a dugout mug. It's a beer mug made out of the barrel of a baseball bat. They look really cool so I went online to see about maybe buying one. The team mugs are $59. You can get a personalized mug with one line of text for $49. For a freakin' beer mug. I no longer want to buy one.

E and I must be catching up on our rest from being sick, we slept until 9:30 this morning!!!!

We're off to the gym and this afternoon is "Margaritaville" theme day at Coors Field for the Rockies game.

I could never understand why the Pelicans don't do a Margaritaville theme night. The Margaritaville restaurant is in the Broadway at the Beach complex, which is across the street from the ballpark.

Ryan and I went to 5 Below and Michaels. Got caught in a couple of quick showers. Didn't cool it off, but made it even more humid.

Ahoy! I found some fishing deals, though one deal was a 140$ fly rod similar to one I already own, at LL Bean.
It was so windy at the lobster pound, we had stuff blow off the outside table. We now head into Bar Harbor for drinks.
