Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there. We just made breakfast together, but later I'm making an oldie but goodie for his dinner. Enchilada Casserole. He requested Cilantro lime rice on the side and Oreo ice cream for dessert. My afternoon will be spent in the kitchen, but deserves this and so much more.

I saw a woman at the Pelicans game last night wearing a t-shirt that said "Baseball Is My Boyfriend." The weekend meteorologist from one of the local TV stations was there too, she was hanging out with the sports reporter while he set his camera up so he could shoot highlights of the game for the 11:00 news. She should eat a sandwich, she's really thin. But she has nice hair.

I think I'll crack open a beer while I watch the Pelicans game. It's the last game of the first half of the season and if they win they'll finish in 3rd place in the Southern Division. Considering they had the worst record in the league for the first 50 games of the season, 3rd place isn't too bad.

Had a pretty nice day. E went to the Rec Center to exercise, I wasn't feeling great, so stayed home. Went to the grocery store when he got back, so we could make him a special dinner for "Father'ish Day". He is a great mentor for Cameron, and helps a lot, so he deserved a meal he loves. Ham steaks, fried potatoes with peppers and onion, corn, salad. And Cameron made peanut butter/chocolate shakes (nuttin' fancy, and only a few ounces..
