Good morning.

With Buffett playing in Las Vegas Oct. 20, I was hoping the Vegas Golden Knights would have a home game either Thursday, Friday or Sunday so I could go to the concert and a hockey game. The 2018-19 NHL schedule was released a couple of days ago, they have a home game the same night as the concert. I already have a concert ticket so now I have a choice to make.

I'm going to the House of Blues later for a small craft beer festival - Local Brews, Local Grooves. They're going to have beers from 10 different brewers. Does that count?

Yes. It's still water, it's just been processed through a brewery.

Hello everyone! We are pug sitting out daughter's 2 little ones today while she volunteers at a charity golf outing. So I am doing laundry, hubby is at the grocery and watching 4 pups! Have a great day!

There's a guy from Wyndham Resorts at the House of Blues trying to sell time shares. I guess if people drink enough beer at the beer festival they might think that's a good investment.

When I left to go to the House of Blues, it was a hot, humid, bright sunny day. I was about 5 miles up the road and it started raining. About another mile and it was pouring. Five minutes later it stopped. When I got to the House of Blues, it started raining again just as I got out of my car. The beer festival was an outdoor event but I decided to go anyway since I was already there. By time I got inside the gate the rain stopped and it was just hot and humid the rest of the afternoon. Traffic sucked donkeys when I left, it's a little less than 20 miles away and it took an hour to get home.

I googled it. I don't know if it's open yet but it used to be a sports bar called the Overtime Cafe, I was there once. Maybe I'll wait until after the 4th of July, then take a ride and check it out.
