I got a new modem, Time Warner Cable is now Spectrum here and they said my old modem isn't compatible with Spectrum's faster internet. I attached all the cables to the new modem, plugged it in and called to activate it and I have no internet service. I called customer service and they told me to reboot the modem, which could take up to 5 minutes, and if that doesn't work I should call back. We had new internet installed. Now it goes off about every 15 mm and has to be rebooted. If you see an explosion in this area, it is Larry.

We have att but also just got spectrum internet. Lots of calls and 2 technicians but it was going off every 9 min.
