Hiya Molly and Mr. SPH! We slept in a bit, then went to the gym (Rec Center). Stop for a little breakfast, and now a few errands. It's freaking HOT out there. :o

Good afternoon. Nothing going on today, just a nice relaxing Sunday afternoon. I checked the baseball scores, my Mets are losing 8-0 and they only have 1 hit. It's only a matter of time until they bring Tim Tebow up from the minor leagues in an attempt to boost attendance.

Afternoon, BN. Hope our Pittsburgh brethren weren't stuck in that security debacle last night. :o

Larry:
I just did some mapquest searches. Manassas, VA to Woodbridge, VA is 17 miles. Woodbridge, VA to Fairfax, VA is 15 miles, Fairfax, VA back to Manassas is 14.3 miles.
"The Restaurant" is at 10060 Fairfax Blvd. in Faurfax. The Hula Hoop girl doesn't work there any more, but does come by from time to time for promo ads and to sign photos and whatever else merchandise.
I'm in if you are.

I'm always willing to sample the local cuisine when I travel.

I kept looking for the cafe....not being open way after lunch didn't seem right.

So far, we have had overcast, isolated showers and blue skies. Not sure what to expect next. [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

Ahoy! I woke from my nap after driving home from Pgh. The show day was beautiful. The girls were beautiful, music and food great with one snag. Our buses were allowed limited space for tailgate and we had to move gear several times. I lost stuff, but nothing impoetant. Spending time was phriends was the best part.

our BN & friends group was 18 of the 200 folks on the Steel City Fins Club Buses and none of us were in that hot mess. We entered through the West Gate -- seems all the issues were at the South Gate....
