Happy anniversary Molly!

Good day on the boat today, no sailing but some much overdue maintenance and repairs completed. It's been a beautiful day for sailing but I resisted the temptation.

Love today's updates and such. Glad to be back to work, but miss posting.

Today was another good day. More learning and more TEACHING my co-workers who don't have "office" skills. They teach me medical stuff, I teach them Microsoft stuff.

There was a Mom who came in from VA to visit her son. She saw my name on my ID badge, and told me one of her other son's had a dog named Penny. We bonded. She was so sweet. I helped her find the 'family' room so she could take a break from the hospital room. Her name was Fran. She flew back home, and called in today to see how her son was doing. I was covering the receptionist for her break, when she called, I asked if this was my 'friend' who's son had the dog, Penny? She said, "is this Penny"?? Yep, and she was happy to hear my voice. I've never had such satisfaction from a job. I'm still doing 'office' work, but in a different setting.

AND IT WAS MY FIRST PAYCHECK SINCE 3-31-17!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Broncos are winning their 3rd pre-season game. Rockies and Cardinals are playing, we're NOT rooting for the same team in this house. Cardinals are winning.. pfft.
