Hiya Molly! The spam title isn't in English. :D I wonder how that pays off?
A lot of the spam posted isn't in English. There's a lot that comes from other countries, besides the US.

I used to heat with wood for thirty years. I quit after a chimney fire. Take care splitting.

It's been 2 days since the Pelicans lost a game. Last night's game was rained out and tonight's game was suspended after 5 innings because it started raining. I guess the weather in Frederick, MD isn't so good lately.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

For those who wanna know what our day was like, this is the recap I just wrote to my sister about the day. We left at just after 2:00, and home at just after 5:00.. We spent a total of 30 minutes at Mom's. It's just exhausting when we're there.
Fairly uneventful, for her. She was waiting by the puzzle table for us. She smiled and said everyone likes the bright colors of the puzzle you brought. I also asked her if she was the official hallway greeter, and she laughed at that.

(Mom has been going through over $100 a month on ONE kind of yogurt, we're trying to have her cut back) Got 10 yogurt, and she had 5 unopened, 1 opened. Not too terrible. Not great, but a little improvement. Paper towels (I forgot she didn't need). Some sugar cookies from WM, and I put them in a baggie again. (she called while we were out asking what the ingredients were, I told her the same as the others she already ate). Honey (helps with diarrhea, don't ya know). 2 sm, 2 lg tissues, small Neosporin, Chapstick, one of each, but their medicated one now has an apple flavor -I thought it was just new packaging. Luckily I still had one here at the house, so she has that one. Paper clips (I had some here), even tho she has enough, there's a bunch all tangled together, so they "don't work". Told her to sit down one night and try and take them all apart. She looked at me like I'd lost my mind.

I will call her on Monday to have her put Tuesday as my next visit.

I put the 10th of October on her calendar.

And we have the computer, printer, keyboard, with cords, and mouse in my trunk. She was surprised that's what we were doing, but told her Ron was going to see if it was fixable. I wiped off the desk a bit from the dust.

Turned on the TV - found the instructions I typed for her, and left them by the TV again.

Complained she couldn't get her glasses clean. I cleaned a few spots with my shirt (they are the old pair), and after a few minutes she thought they were still wet. Nope, just shiny. Told her to lay the wipes out for a while so they aren't too wet. She said she does, and then turns on the AC. I think she thinks that's the humidifier, cause it's still 80+ degrees in there.

Went to take out some trash, and I was halfway down the hall, and she popped out, "Penny - my eye is watering"! Said I didn't know what she wanted me to do about it, and my eyes water, too.

Got a couple of her 'bad' laundry bags, and one of them had the 'pull clasp' broken, so she couldn't slide the zipper. The other was inside out and so she couldn't get to the zipper.. so looks like she broke out the scissors again to try and 'fix' it.

Kept wanting to show me her toes. (she stubbed them on something last week) I passed. I have an idea of how they look. "Love you, Mom, but no thanks". She laughed.

Checked the watches. The older one has a dead battery. I set them both when I got there, and that one never moved. The newer one had the pull pulled out, so it wasn't 'allowed' to move. Set the time when I got there, and it changed - showed her, and I think she understood. Thinks it's not working right, cause it's on her sleeve. Nope, nothing to do with it. Just don't make any adjustments to it, and don't mess with the pull button.

She was about to go play bingo when we left, and hoped she didn't win - doesn't want the candy they give out. Ron told her to have a good time, and "Don't win"!!! She laughed.

So, overall it was a bit better than the last visit.

Long winded - but didn't wanna forget anything. LOL!!!
And this is like it is for every visit my sister and I have each week for both of us. I HATE THIS DISEASE.

Nah, not this time, Bill. Had a GREAT time, and no one else did (who looked more experienced), so he was fine with it. :D

We will always have it.. all message boards do. But they're gone now. I banned a few earlier, that I know would be spam, before they got to post anything. Unfortunately we can't be here 24 hours a day, and they like to post when we're all sleeping.
