Good morning. We had some rain in Georgia last night but it looks pretty nice today.
The Weather Channel had somebody in Myrtle Beach and she was right on the beach. The ocean was almost flat, no surf at all, and the wind wasn't that strong. But she said to be patient, the worst was yet to come. Mother Nature, you're a fickle b****.

Good morning BN. Friday at last. I had some outside projects planned for today but it's just too hot with heat index over 100. I expect summer to last until mid October here.

Surfside beach webcam doesn't look to menacing right now either. Hoping Florence has pity on
some of the folks who were originally suspected to get whacked!

Hi All,
First Total Fire Ban of the season here in Sydney.
It's still as dry as here, a little rain last week but the drought still rules. Time to do the yearly fire preparations I guess.
I hope those facing Florence are all safe and well.

A tree fell on their house. There was a report of another woman dying of a heart attack, first responders couldn't get to her house because of trees down in the streets.

Ahoy! I expected a gloomy day fishing, but the clouds parted enough that I got some tan from a beautiful September sun. I started a new song game idea based on time. Time is a theme in a lot of music. Stay tuned.

Hiya Rabz! I searched a bunch of videos and didn't find Sydney. JB does have a hand in this. In his lost treasure collection, he talks about time. I realized the terminology of time is in a bunch of songs. I came up with 20 in short order.

Yep. Facebook brings out meanness in people. Everyone is a know it all. I guess it’s good to keep in contact with certain people, but I use a phone for that

Yep. I still check on FB, but my page is free of crap. Politics. And general not nice things. They get blocked or hidden. I just want to check in with friends and family. Period.
