I flipped back and forth between Emmys and Astros.
There were a few winners I liked but hadn't seen alot of the shows on the "other " networks.....HBO, Amazon, etc.

I watch Food Network, HGTV, and sports. Last series I watched was Downton Abbey. I only started watching it cause I was at home for several days because of my back.

Breaking news: I just made a yummy ham and cheese sandwich on a bagel for my lunch tomorrow. We have a fairly nice cafeteria in the hospital, but don't always wanna spend the $.. had Sunday dinner leftovers for lunch today, so I'll just do breakfast. They don't have cook to order breakfasts, but they do have lunches. So my bacon/egg fix is happy in the morning. Tho today I just had some Honey Nut Cheerios.

I flipped between the Emmys, the Astros (Mariners), and the Seahawks. I didn't know many of the Emmy winners, the Mariners won, and the Seahawks lost. The Seahawks mini-QB did it again (and again and again....) Until they can draft a bunch of 5 foot tall offensive linemen that mini-Russ can see over, they aren't gonna do crap.

Congrats on the Mariners win. I thought the Astros were going to win but that grand slam fixed that.

I've been a football fan since I was a kid, I'm 66 years old now. I don't remember ever seeing a drop kick in an NFL game.

Good morning. Parts of I-95 are closed, including the exit where I have to get off. Highway 76 in Marion County, which I drove on when I evacuated last Tuesday, is closed. Highway 501, the main road back into Myrtle Beach, is closed in 3 or 4 spots. I'm going back home tomorrow and I'll have to take the long way home. I-26 from Columbia to North Charleston, then I-526 to Mt. Pleasant to Highway 17, then a straight shot north 80 miles +/- to Myrtle Beach.

You must be looking forward to getting back, HOG. Safe travels.

The original forecast had the storm making landfall somewhere north of Wilmington last Thursday so I thought I'd be able to get back home by Saturday. I had to do laundry because I only packed for 4 days. On the bright side, we visited 2 craft brewers last week, one of them is called Grumpy Old Men , and went to Oktoberfest Saturday.

We're watching the Weather Channel now, they just reported there was a tornado in the Richmond area.

1 tornado was confirmed but say poss 2 more.
