G'morning BN.

Another hot week ahead, in the 90's each day. :(

SO tired this morning. It's my first "payroll" day at work. I get to review and approve all 54 timecards for those who work there. Hope I get it right!

Hope you have a good day!! :)

Good morning. Parts of I-95 are closed, including the exit where I have to get off. Highway 76 in Marion County, which I drove on when I evacuated last Tuesday, is closed. Highway 501, the main road back into Myrtle Beach, is closed in 3 or 4 spots. I'm going back home tomorrow and I'll have to take the long way home. I-26 from Columbia to North Charleston, then I-526 to Mt. Pleasant to Highway 17, then a straight shot north 80 miles +/- to Myrtle Beach.

The original forecast had the storm making landfall somewhere north of Wilmington last Thursday so I thought I'd be able to get back home by Saturday. I had to do laundry because I only packed for 4 days. On the bright side, we visited 2 craft brewers last week, one of them is called Grumpy Old Men , and went to Oktoberfest Saturday.

Great News! Are they very close to the Ocean Tommy? Vacation at a condo on the beach often. Hoping damage would be at a minimum for the owners.

On a lighter note....it's amazing how much fun an item from the Dollar Tree (where you know, just for you it's ONE DOLLAR can be.

This is our 4 yr old grandson Austin, with a pair of "googlie eyes". He just laughed & laughed which made us laugh and laugh. Good for the soul [smilie=happydance.gif]
