I got nuttin - other than we might have some cooler temps (9 days in a row of 90 and above), and a bit of rain this afternoon. Hope so. Have a good Wednesday1

Good morning. Driving home from Georgia wiped me out yesterday, I went to bed at 8:00 last night.

I think I'll be doing laundry until tomorrow. I was going to do it last Tuesday but that was the day I evacuated so I came home to a full load that had to be done, plus all my stuff from the week I was gone. I never do 2 loads of laundry in one day but I'll have to do 2 loads today. I'm not looking forward to the dryer shutting off, both times.

Folding and putting clean clothes away are what I dislike most about doing laundry (I guess that's because putting clothes in the washer and moving it to the dryer are probably the least physical of the laundry process)

Since I retired I don't really mind doing laundry. When I was working I had to wait until the weekend so I always had to do 2 loads. Now, whenever the laundry bag is full I just dump the stuff in the washing machine and do it. It might be 3 days, it might be 4 days, but it's always just one load so it doesn't take that long.

I forgot to mention this before. My evacuation hosts took me to 2 craft breweries while I was in Georgia. The first one only sold growlers to go. The second one, Grumpy Old Men Brewing, had loose cans that you could buy. You could mix and match but you had to buy a 6 pack so I bought 6. There were 2 left in the fridge. When I left yesterday, I forgot them. (Their daughter is a graduate of the Naval Academy, that's where the glass came from.)

No problems except having to take the long way home because 3 of the roads I took when I left last week are flooded, one of them in 4 different places.

BTW, I heard on ESPN that Forbes magazine has ranked Texas A&M as the most valuable college football program in the country. I would have guessed UCLA or USC because of being in the Los Angeles market, Stanford because they're so close to Silicon Valley or Alabama because of the success they've had in recent years.

yep.. lots of money in Aggie football...we will see how well we can hold our own on Saturday against Alabama in Alabama...

How many chapters of 'I can't get my drugs ' should there be?
Talked to Dr office yesterday and they assured me my Rx was faxed to Walgreens.
So, I went to get them.
