Just came back from dinner at a popular and what I consider an upscale seafood restaurant located on the bay. I ordered a bowl of lobster bisque as an appetizer. It wasn’t even lukewarm so it was sent back. The new bowl was hot and delicious. Each of the 3 crab cake sliders came out smaller than a golf ball and on a naked hamburger size roll. It was pathetic and $14. I just popped those little suckers in my mouth and my dinner was finished. Waste of $23. My 4 girlfriends were not very impressed with their dinners either. 🙁
That's never happened to me at Hooters.

The donut sounds like the best part
I agree with Moogy.
Sorry your Mom has this horrible disease.
Doughnuts and root beer...yummy. If you have a BJs in your area they have the best handcrafted root beer.
Thanks, Molly. A lot. I don't post it all on FB, you guys are my family. But there's a lot of my friends who have parents with this awful disease.

We *do* have a BJ's in the Denver area, and have tasted that. But where the 'race' is doesn't have one. :)
You would probably would drink the craft beer but the root beer is really good. [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

My Daddy always said getting old wasn't for sissies. I didn't know what he was talking about but now, I do.

If you are in OCMD you should check out these three places on the Coastal Highway. Bull on the Beach at 94th,
Big Easy on 60 at 60th, and Guido's Burritos on 33rd. Big Easy on 60 is really good for breakfast. Bull on the Beach
has awesome sandwiches. Guido's has some of the best tacos you will ever have and their salsa and chips are a great
start. Bull and Guido's have smaller versions on the boardwalk but the ones on the highway are better and bigger. :pirate:
Who's got the rum?
