For the flavor (not looking at ingredients), I'd rather have a Big Mac. White Castle tasted good to me in my teens/20s, but too many onions.

Onions always bothered my Dad, so Mom cooked with onion powder. That's how I cook, too. :) E's chili is made with onions, but cooked down so much, they almost melt. I can not stand raw onions, especially the red ones many restaurants put on sandwiches.

I can eat onions IF they are cooked down to mush. As much as I used to love potato salad and other salads like tuna, etc. unless I make it, i don't dare try it.
