G'morning! :) Since we're not rocking the vote, we'll go to a DU Hockey game again tonight. :D

Good morning. Today is Brew At The Zoo, a craft beer festival at Brookgreen Gardens. It was supposed to be in September but they had to reschedule due to the flooding from Hurricane Florence. They have this event every year but this will be the first time I've gone. I hope they have some new, to me, beers. I looked at the website and they list a couple of breweries that are going to be there but no mention of what beers they'll have.

It's National Sandwich Day and it's also the 22nd annual Hazardous Waste Day. I'm not sure if there's a tie-in or not.....

Edit: It's also National Bison Day. I guess a Buffalo Sandwich might be appropriate..... 8)

Morning BNers 8)

Think we are going to California Adventure today.

We have a record of "breaking " rides. So far, Ryan has broken the monorail and the Incredicoaster. ;)πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

We had a nasty storm from 10-11:30 last night. But today is sunny with high winds. A regular brisk fall day.

I’m riding shotgun with Kevin to take 2 of his guitars to the dr. It’s 1.5 hrs away in Reading, PA bothered nothing else to see there πŸ™

Years (and years and years) ago we were on the Skyway (gondola) ride at Disneyland when it broke down. For about an hour we just sat there hanging 60 feet above the Flying Dumbos and the Spinning Teacups. Fortunately, 5 yo Megan [smilie=battingeyes.gif] thought it was a great adventure. The Disney folks were very apologetic and gave us "front of the line" passes to use for the rest of our visit and we never had to stand in line after that.

I'm watching the Clemson game, they're beating Louisville 49-3. Louisville just punted and the guy who made the tackle jumped up and started strutting around celebrating. You're losing by 46 points, there's nothing to celebrate, you a$$clown.

Ahoy! We set up a lot of our town's holiday display during cold rain showers. While working in my basement, I banged into a pipe and got a bloody boo boo. I'm taking the rest of the day off.

    That drives me nuts, too.

We're off to head to Denver for another hockey game, and overnight stay. Woke up to dark skies, then sun, sleet, snow, sun, and now dark clouds again. But it's close to 55 so not too terrible. :)

I forgot we move our clocks back and I took overtime tonight. One free hour to the town.

I turned my clocks back already so I don't forget to do it before I go to bed.

There were a lot of tight jeans and knee high boots at Brew At The Zoo. :o

Very cool
We didn't break anything else today. But the monorail was working off and on about all day. We did try to use it this evening but it was broken again.

Btw...you know gondola ride is gone.

Happy for all our BN friends in Key West.
Sad that we’re not there.
