[sigh]

I'm a glutton for punishment.

Some bright spots for the G-men but Ereck Flowers (as usual) needs to go. He's terrible.

After 4 hours of delays , The Dolphins won. Looked good early , but , I think the delays hurt the flow of the game.

The saints D did not show up.

I’m still very optimistic about the season though.

Aaron Rodgers stepped up, as usual. [smilie=coolup.gif]

Packers need to think about the future. They have no successor.

Rodgers is signed for another 6 years.

But I'm not willing to give up Kizer yet. He hasn't been good, but consider...he was QB for an 0-16 team last year, but to be fair, NOBODY was winning a game with that team. Meanwhile, he didn't necessarily play poorly on Sunday, it was more that Mack was a monster. He was a 2nd round pick just one year ago, and he'll be learning under Rodgers. There's time for him to develop.

Eli is a derp but how is he supposed to make anything happen when he's flat on his back?

Six sacks. :x   The O-line is dreadful.

I don't know how long I can say this. But , The 1st place Miami Dolphins are 2-0. Tannehill is getting more confidence after the surgery. Especially running the ball , and staying in the pocket getting hit. Defense looked good. Especially secondary. Fitzpatrick will be a stud.

Well, if the Pats keep playing the way they did against the Jags, then Miami will have a decent shot of taking the AFC East.

Pats have a lot of work to do. Last night was ugly. But then again, the Pats only win this years has been against a team that is still winless.
Ugh.
Stafford looked good though. Who am I kidding, the Lions all looked good.

Let me see if I got this right. The first week of the season the Lions got blown out by the Jests, of all teams. Then last night that same Lions team gave the Patriots a beatdown. Something ain't right.

The game wasn't on TV here but I heard they benched Ereck Flowers. That's a start. BTW, when I typed "Ereck", autocorrect changed it to "Wreck."

LOL, perfect. And they did - finally - bench him. Wheeler did pretty okay replacing him, considering he was matched to JJ Watt. Solder wasn't great again, waiting to see him earn some of that money they're paying him. Kerry Wynn had a fantastic game though, a definite bright spot on this O Line.
