Good morning BN. I'm working on the town's light display today. Enjoy your day, pholks.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Re: Stop by SATURDAY@ the MSC
G'morning, Bill!
We started about the same time this morning.
A beautiful Friday, and will be nice again tomorrow, but today is cold, a little snow, and a bit dreary. We're making shredded chicken enchiladas today, chicken about to cook in the crock pot.
Have a good Saturday!!!

Good morning. It's a little milder than it's been the last few days, 55 degrees already, and it's supposed to make it to the mid 60s every day through Tuesday. But just to remind us that winter is coming, there are at least 2, maybe more that I'm not aware of, Christmas tree lighting ceremonies tonight. Maybe it's just because I'm a Scrooge-like person, but I think they should wait until after Thanksgiving before they start lighting Christmas trees.

I was flipping through the channels looking for a college football game to watch. ESPN2 has Harvard-Yale from Fenway Park instead of 2 big time football schools. Another channel has Colgate-Army. I've never seen a Colgate game so I don't know if this is normal for them but their helmets don't say Colgate, they say 'gate.

I’m not a Scrooge like person and I still think everyone should wait until after Thanksgiving. Of the major holidays I think it gets the short end of celebrationsLIPH wrote: ↑November 17, 2018 10:23 am Good morning. Re: Stop by SATURDAY@ the MSC
I spent a few hours this morning painting our daughter and SIL bedroom. I have no idea why I thought I would need Sunday and Monday to finish that project. It took 4 hours. Guess I’ll put that Monday vacation day back into my stash and save it for something fun ! It was good they had all the woodwork taped, furniture cleared out and the floors covered. Guess I work faster than I give myself credit

Molly, too early for all those treacly movies, too.

Re: Stop by SATURDAY@ the MSC
I'm watching the Notre Dame game now, they're playing in Yankee Stadium. In honor of the Yankees pinstriped uniforms, Notre Dame is wearing pinstriped uniform pants and their navy blue jerseys have white pinstriped sleeves.
Just as an aside, I always wondered why the Notre Dame Fighting Irish wore blue instead of kelly green.![noeyedear-shrugging [smilie=noeyedear-shrugging.gif]](./images/smilies/noeyedear-shrugging.gif)

Using them as background noise. Don't really care about random football games. Not much else on.LIPH wrote: ↑November 17, 2018 4:49 pmI don't watch Christmas movies during Christmas, I'm not going to watch them in mid-November.springparrot wrote: ↑November 17, 2018 2:45 pmYou know, you could always watch Hallmark Christmas movies.LIPH wrote: ↑November 17, 2018 1:24 pm I was flipping through the channels looking for a college football game to watch. We spent 5 hours in the sloppy snow to finish displays.
Alas, poor Rudolph, a tree branch fell and "killed" him.
He is animated display that had 4 deer.
This year there will be three.

Re: Stop by SATURDAY@ the MSC
We're down to about 25 degrees, it's been drizzling for most of the afternoon. Now it's just a sheet of ice of the highway, roads, and sidewalks. Glad we're in, even tho E and Cameron had some errands today. Just to the grocery store, but still.
Chicken enchiladas tonight. Almost time for dinner. I shredded all the chicken . It's kinda therapeutic.
