Good afternoon. We had one of our HOA meetings today. All 5 members of the Board of Directors are up for reelection, 3 for 2 year terms and the other 2 for 1 year terms. I don't know how many of them are going to run for reelection but there's one person who, if she does run, has no chance. Several residents told her she should resign from the Board immediately.

I fished a tributary by it's mouth into Lake Erie. Rain, four foot waves on the lake shore and twentyMPH winds slamming me.

What a great time!
I caught one fishy and lost some.

It took 2 trips into the house to dry out gear.

Day 3 of 12 Days of Brews, first beer I've ever had that was brewed in Minnesota. Not too bad but a little generic tasting. Probably not something I would look for again.

Not enough time in the morning to post today. My back slows me down in the AM cause I can't stand for any length of time. So I have to take a minute, every few minutes to sit.

Had to stop at Mom's to drop of a few groceries and visit. She wasn't great. She has a cold, and almost no voice. But she's convinced that COLD FOOD gave her the symptoms.

"Audit" ongoing at work. Those, besides me, are not happy, and agitated.

I also had to get a flu shot today. I was NOT happy. But CO regulations (not a Kindred Hospital one), states if you even work in a facility where there are patients, you have to get one. Never had one. Haven't had anything resembling the flu or a cold in 20+ years. I don't believe in them for my age group or condition. But I need the job, so there ya go.

Tired from Mom's visit and the day. Off to bed. G'night.
