Stop By SUNDAY@ the MSC
Good morning BN. We have blue in the sky, which is a rare treat here.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning. Lots of rain overnight but we didn't get any snow. Yesterday they were saying parts of western North Carolina could get up to 2 feet.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Good morning!!
No rain or snow here. Chilly morning. Mid 50's and sunny later.
E and I are going to brunch in a bit. Local place we could walk to, but I'm not walking far these days.
Then the rest of the day doing laundry. Wheee!!

Well, we have sold our house and now we just need to find a new place to call home. I think this is even more stressful than all of the showings we have had recently. We need something very quickly for occupancy by Jan 31st.
Very cold here today, but the sun is shining.

I am so glad to sold your house. Now to find the perfect fit for your next home.

Congrats on selling the house!!
It's a good thing I live in the northeast part of the state instead of the northwest. It's raining like crazy but at the other end of the state and up into North Carolina it's still snowing.

Well we are looking in the same general area which is north central Ohio, but hopefully a little closer to Bryan's job. We are trying to downsize our mortgage more than to go to a smaller sized home. We have our eye on a couple and now that we have accepted an offer we can persue them more aggressively.

Day 9 of 12 Days of Brews, it's kind of Budweiser-ish.

Such good news! Merry Christmas. We were a little different in that we had an agreement to build/buy (signed in April 2012) contingent on us selling our home. Which we did on Nov 11 2012. Settled on both the old and the new homes on Dec 27 2012. You can do it!!melon59 wrote: ↑December 9, 2018 1:12 pm Well, we have sold our house and now we just need to find a new place to call home. Re: Stop By SUNDAY@ the MSC
We closed our last move between Christmas and New Years two years ago. Not ideal time frame but still but very do-able. Just always keep in mind that you are downsizing. Don't get sentimental about furniture, memorabilia, etc. Be ruthless.Saltx3 wrote: ↑December 9, 2018 6:41 pmSuch good news! Merry Christmas. Building a home is wonderful but so stressful. I am surprised I didn't end up in jail. Don't lie to me about what you have or haven't done on our house.Saltx3 wrote: ↑December 9, 2018 6:41 pmSuch good news! Merry Christmas. Re: Stop By SUNDAY@ the MSC
This is the weekend we usually go to see Jerry Jeff Walker at Gruene Hall.
But his throat cancer is back so he has cancelled all his shows. I heard he had surgery at MD Anderson last week. I have not heard how his surgery went but hoping for the best.
Please keep him and his family in your thoughts
