Been in to JB show in VB before. Its a really cool plce - but they don't allow tailgating & lots didn't open to either 4 or 5.

When I went in 2014 they allowed tailgating. Granted, it wasn't a massive tailgate, rather laid-back, but you could definitely drink at your car and stuff(do the red cups). The lot did open around 4 from what I remember.
