Sunny SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good morning all
What’s everyone got going on today?
I know there’s a boatload of Parrotheads having a great time out in Pittsburgh at the Steel City Fins Club “Cabin Fever” weekend.
We had some new entries in our annual Chili/Soup cookoff last night. All were awesome but the “Brisket Chorizo Chili” took the golden ladle award.

Oooh Linda, that chili sounds amazing!
I'm staying home again today, got my cleaning and laundry done yesterday while Bryan was helping his folks with moving furniture around. (They sold their condo I, Sarasota and had some stuff shipped back here) He didn't make it to the tire place yesterday so he's headed there now and to pick up a few grocery items. We will be turning on the super bowl later for the commercials mostly, while we eat some loaded nachos and chili con queso I'm making. Have a great Sunday Funday!

Good morning. It was supposed to be a nice day but it's overcast and it's been raining on and off all morning. Maybe I'll refill the coffee pot and just veg out today. ![sillyjester [smilie=sillyjester.gif]](./images/smilies/sillyjester.gif)

Working at The Theater ( A Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder) , Then off go listen to a friend who plays Irish music at my local Hangout , leading up to the Super Bowl. For the Super Bowl I have a couple of options. 2 Parties , but they are a couple of towns away. Or Stay local , at Bar that is having a Super Bowl party ( I do have to stop by there to get my numbers).

Rainy NO CAL greeting with snow in the forecast. Fed the birds, I have three feaders; suet, thistle seed and regular wild bird seed. Plus we ground feed the doves, juncos and towhees. Supposed to get up to a foot of snow later today and then a hard freeze. We’ll watch the NFFL, National Fantasy Football Leagues, big game at home. Trying to decide if I’m looking forward to the commercials more or the blown calls the officials will make

Cloudy but warm, around 70. No plans today, just loafing. I watched an old Hee Haw episode from 1980, Buck Owens sang "Margaritaville".

Re: Sunny SUNDAY @ the MSC
Ahoy! We had a great time at Cabin Fever. From Friday till today, everyone wore shorts and T''s. My Canadian friend has worn shorts all but three days to work this winter. Those days were-30. Anne entered a crock off as a fundraiser. It's a shrimp and chicken dish. I hope there's some left for supper.
We had a loose belt noise on the trip. I assume the alternator. That can kill the battery, so we didn't stop coming home.
Life is good.

If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Evening BNers
What a day.
Started off cloudy, then the sun came out and we started to sweat. Then, since we were damp, when the sun disappeared again, we got cold....blah blah...lol
But, we had a good day at Hollywood Studios and a great meal.
Everyone is exhausted, so we are resting for awhile.

Happy Birthday!!
The way the western sky looks, there must be a storm rolling in. I won't be driving anywhere so I'll toast your birthday with a beer.

This must be quincinera season. Groups of 15 year old girls with matching shirts/hoodies and backpacks.
There are 3 or 4 different travel groups. One group we talked to today had 900 15 year old girls.
Yes that is 900 15 year old girls from Argentina. And they are very well behaved.
Just 900.
Wow.

Re: Sunny SUNDAY @ the MSC
It was. They are all predominantly wearing pink but some are all pink, some are shades of pink, pink and blue and pink and turquoise. And that doesn't include the pom pom teams and cheerleaders.
Just girls every where.
But the 15 year olds. I can't imagine trying to chaperone that big a group even broken up into smaller groups. And sometime during this trip, they will have a huge party.

Happy Cake Day Penny!!!!

So glad we turned on the Super Bowl if for no other reason than to see Gladys Knight sing the National Anthem! Such a classy lady and she absolutely nailed it IMHO. I got goosebumps and Bryan got teary eyed. And her outfit was beautiful and appropriate for a classy lady! So refreshing!
