Are there any pre-sale codes for Vegas? I know there is an AE pre-sale that you have to purchase with an AE card but I don’t know if there is a password/code that is needed in addition to having an AE card.

The presale code for AE used to be the customer service phone number on the card. I haven't done one of their presales in a while so I don't know if that's still the way they do it.
