From the IdahoStatesman.com: Jimmy Buffett’s concert Oct. 25 at Taco Bell Arena goes on sale tomorrow (see below), but the Arena still has not shared any details about the possibility of tailgating, a major aspect of the Parrotheads culture. After I contacted promoter AEG Live hoping to get something (anything!) for Buffett fans, I received an email Wednesday from Taco Bell Arena’s marketing manager: “A concert is outside the FB tailgating program/spots arranged through the BAA/Athletics. We are still working through the details with University Parking and will communicate information as soon as we can. It is a heavy class schedule night, as opposed to most games being on Saturdays, so this requires careful coordination. We will post information on our website, www.tacobellarena.com, as soon as we can.”
