Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band performed a free show for The Discovery Channel’s FinFest as part of Shark Week. The set list from the show is now available.

Rumors that began Friday morning of Jimmy Buffett performing a free concert on the sand in Hermosa Beach proved true Saturday night. The legendary Margaritaville mogul performed a solid, one hour concert on a stage designed to look like a shark’s mouth for an estimated 6,000 parrotheads and surprised passersby.
“The Discovery Channel said, ‘Hey, Jimmy, do you want to play Shark Week?” Buffett told the crowd. “And I said, ‘Duh!’”
Buffett and his Margaritaville Coral Reefer Band took to the stage just after 6 p.m. and ignited an already spirited crowd.
“Whoa, land sharks,” Buffett said, holding his hands together over his head like a shark fin. His fans returned the greeting. “Welcome to Fin Fest. It’s great to be in the neighborhood.”
Jimmy appears to be generous with showing video, which is handy for people in far flung locations. Loved the bethel concert!
