From Sun-Sentinel.com: “MIA to add Margaritaville, Brazilian eateries”
Margaritaville bar and grill and a Brazilian buffet-style restaurant will soon land at Miami International Airport. The Jimmy Buffett-inspired Margaritaville eatery is set to open this summer on the second level of the airport’s Central Terminal, offering a menu of island-themed seafood, burgers, salads, sandwiches and tropical drinks.

Both restaurants will be located before security in the Central Terminal, giving all airport guests to access to the new offerings.
The restaurants will be run by a U.S.-based subsidiary of Brazil’s leading multi-brand restaurant operator, IMC, airport officials said.
If it’s located before the security, it is not good for people in transit. You would have to exit, and then get re-screened to catch you connection flight. i will stick to my MIA favorite, the cuban place, La Caretta.
