Re: The Fox, Goose and Sack of Corn

------Or----- Take the goose across in the boat. Then go back and get the fox. Take the goose back across and get the corn. Leave the goose behind and bring the corn over. Leave the corn with the fox. Then go back and get the goose. But my first solution takes less time, and you get to eat a goose a...

Re: The Fox, Goose and Sack of Corn

A man went on a trip with a fox, a goose and a sack of corn. He came upon a stream which he had to cross and found a tiny boat to use to cross the stream. He could only take himself and one other - the fox, the goose, or the corn - one at a time. He could not leave the fox alone with the goose or t...

In my previous post I neglected to include shrimp. I wish to go on record that I like shrimp.
Especially with lots of Old Bay and dipped in spicy hot cocktail sauce. :pirate:

Lobster, crab, fish, clams, oysters, and mussels. The thing about eating crabs is you use a lot of calories
just taking them apart to eat them. :pirate:

Re: THURS the 13th at the MSC

Good afternoon. My brother Chris and I went golfing for the first time since a warm day in February.
He shot a 93. I didn't. A tree-lined course where I spent a good amount of time in the shade. I did par
one hole by sinking a put from off the green. :pirate:

Re: Nat'l Vinyl Record Day Wednesday @ the MSC

I still have some vinyl albums. Most of them I held onto because of the cover art. Like "Cheap Thrills" by Big Brother and the Holding Company and "Shakedown Street" by The Grateful Dead. The covers were done by underground cartoon artists. And I have both versions of the "Blind Faith" album. :pirate:

Finally got some good news. My stepdaughter has been furloughed from her job at the airline since April. She qualifies for unemployment benefits plus the federal $600 per week stipend. In three and one half months she has yet to receive anything. No one at the state unemployment office would answer ...

Re: Hoping for Sunshine WED @ the MSC

Had a cool dry night, slept with the windows open! No rain in the forecast for today! The shop opened up to the public yesterday and we had a lot of shoppers. Everyone complied with wearing masks except for one woman with 2 teens. She refused my offer to give her one, started yelling that it's not ...

Re: Getting Wet TUES @ the MSC

Many years ago I was on my way to work, which involved fording a small creek. No problems I did it every work day in my large 4WD (Long wheel base Nissan Patrol). One day after a particularly heavy overnight storm the creek was well up. As I approached I noticed a TV news crew filming a car stuck i...
