At one point the majority thought that slavery was ok. Later the majority thought that segregation was ok. Even later the majority thought that women shouldn't be able to vote. Were those laws ok until 52 or 58 percent of the people thought they weren't?

A police report is open and they are increasing late night / early morning patrols in the area. I'm definitely installing flood lights with motion sensors.
