Jimmy Will Tour This Summer
It will be late August/early September and for sure you can expect a show at Alpine and probably Tweeter/Chicago. Boston returns for Labor Day weekend. Mark It !

Alpine Will Be Around in 2006
I just paid for my Alpine 2006 season tickets so unless they are doing a major scam, it will be around. 8 shows are guaranteed with my package. Buffett will be 1 of those shows (maybe 2).

The rooftop seats wont be a good place to see the show since the stage will likely face home plate. However the rooftops will be great for pre-concert activities.
