Does anyone know if the outside block party will be a good time? I am looking for anyone who is up for some drinks tomorrow before the show. i will be in the french quarter for 1 or 2 pm.

Can anyone give me any info about this "first come, first serve block party?" I just moved from New Hampshire to NOLA about a year ago due to my job (culture shock). I was wondering how early i gotta get in line. Also if anyone wants to party before the shows hit me up.
