Can someone explain how this process works? I was left out on the cold last year and was at the mercy of scalpers. Don't wanna be in that boat again this year.

Frisco (Dallas) Show - Sat April 28th
April 28th, tickets go on sale to the public on Feb 26th. I see pre sale go onsale on the 21st. Can someone explain how you get the presale tickets? Ticketmaster was clueless.
