I plan on bringing my guitar and equipment and singing some tunes in the parking lot. I really hope we can organize a gathering like in years past. It was also a joy to read above that someone is bringing virgins. I also plan to bring beer. Music, beer, virgins and Jimmy; life is good!

So glad to hear he is coming back to Frisco. Dallas was good (by the tree swing), but much downsized from past years in Frisco. Looking forward to another great year and good time (on a weekend I hope).

We have been to the FFF many times, but never the Dallas Hoot Island experience. Anyone have any info that might help us do it right the first time? Is the lot regular paid parking or is it VIP parking (we bought VIP parking when we bought our tickets online)? When do folks normally start showing up...

Went back a got reserve seats in Section 100. Wish they would have showed when I was searching at 10am this morning. Now I have two extra lawn tickets, but I can think of much worse problems to have

No doubt, something missing in my ticket searching skills. I was willing to pay the big-bucks for a seat close to the front, but even though I began searching within seconds of the sale starting all it would give me was in the side 200 series sections for the big price so I just bought the lawn seat...
