If you go to scope out the venue over lunch, I was told that we would all basically be in an area in front of the stage. Between the stage and the Island bar area. Even if you had the worst possible spot to stand in the area, you'd only be 30 feet away from Freddy and the band. It will be an awesome...

I think we'll warm-up somewhere else nearby and plan to get there at 8pm. There were only 30 or so people who purchased tickets online, so only 30 ID checks need to be made. the line of 100 should go quickly once they start at 8pm.

It won't hit me until we are ushered into the bar at 8pm. Somewhere less than 200 of us getting to see Freddy on stage will be awesome. See you in line at 8pm Thursday! Pass the tub of landshark please...
