Great tips! I have heard good things about Felix's and the Carousel Bar. I think we are going to hit Patty O's, Napolean's and the Old Absinthe House as well. Have dinner planned a the Bombay Club and $0.25 martini lunch at Cafe Adelaide!

Great thread. My wife and I (young parrot heads - only 30 yrs old!) are heading to NOLA in a few weeks. Other than Margaritaville and Cafe DuMonde (of course!) any other Buffett-esque joints we need to hit? We are looking for good bars and good music! We ARE the people our parents warned us about......
