I requested my refund through the link they provided when the show was canceled.

Still nothing.

Why is it when we buy tickets, they charge our card immediately? But when we are due a refund, it takes forever? That doesn’t seem right.

We were hopeful that these shows would actually occur because Texas is opening up quickly. But it wasn’t meant to be.

I totally understand. However, the email I just received from LiveNation is identical to the one they sent out back in March. It actually says our Houston show (that I know is canceled) is now scheduled for June 27.

The email is incorrect.

Man, I just don’t understand the San Antonio show. It is sandwiched between two big Saturday shows in Houston and Dallas that were announced almost two months ago.
