First time to Alpine, rules say they don't open up for tailgating till 3 pm, or purchase a special parking pass to get in at 1 pm. Does anyone know, do you buy these early passes at parking lot, or where? Is 1 pm really as early as tailgating begins or are there other options? Any tailgate info woul...
