Hoping some parking lot 5 veterans can help...We have been to many JB concerts but never made it in to lot 5. This year we have an RV and want to be where the fun is. What time can we arrive for space in lot 5? If we arrive before the toll opens, do we wait there or go on and park? Looking forward ...
