I read that the Alpine parking lots will open at 3pm Sat 8/22 for free parking. There is an option of paying $20 per car to park earlier - if the lots are open. I'm coming from STL Mo for the concert. Just wondering if past attendees can verify when lots have opened in the past? I was at Alpine long...
