Re: Who's Going to Great Woods 6/23/12 ?
This thread grows so quickly I can't keep track of it. Does anyone know what time the parking lots at Great Woods will open on Saturday? And any known restrictions in the parking lot? It's been a while since I've had the opportunity to go all out. It's my wifes first parking lot experience, and I do...

Prices have been changed on TM They were $29 and $129 Now they are $36 and $136 They must have forgot to add the building fund cost of $7 Call me crazy, I thought they also initially had a $89 price range for the non-covered seats. The 136 + 17.75 +5.15 is pretty darn expensive a view that used to ...

FTP account? 150G? I am confused. Are you paying for ftp? :o It sounds like he is paying for a hosted domain account. A www.something.com. When you get one of those, most let you host files either for WWW or for FTP. They don't care which way you use your space. In this case, he gets 150GB of bandw...

Is it possible to get another link? Or possibly a torrent? I really would like to get this and unfortunately, all of the yousendit links have expired. As a side note, if you look at some of the other sites, if you sign up for an account, you can get paid for x amount of downloads of a file. So you m...

I have basically what hawaiiboy described. It's a good setup. The only complaints, if you get a Sony MD recorder, it has no adjustable pre-amp ( at least not without stopping recording) you also need an external battery box (a little bigger than the 9 volt it holds). Other than the pre-amp thing, I ...

Thanks ASU. That is the one (OK, two things I did know). Have had Torrent open since I figured out how to download sucessfully. Another question, any idea how long it would take to download this over cable modem??? Torrents are great in theory. Especially for large files like this. But in order for...

If you want to make the site partial credits, go for it. There are a few issues with credits. Depending upon the FTP server, some do credits by session, others do it by IP. If someone loses the session, they will lose the credits. Thats hard for anyone to take who just spent several hours uploading ...

You need some sound editing software. Something along the lines of SoundForge, CoolEdit, etc. Those two both cost bucks, I know that there are free ones that don't do nearly as much. Basically you download your favorite sound editor (try google, something like: sound editor freeware), install it, ru...

Lables are usually viewed as bad. That's the short and sweet answer. Yeah, they look pretty and professional, but they may affect the life of the cd. Admittedly, so does using sharpie on the cd, but ink from a marker wont jam up your front loading cd player. If you are looking solely for pretty, and...

I'm not really certain if it still applies, but unliscensed versions of Total Recorder used to record about 1 min, and then switch over to creating static. The same applies for some illegally owned versions of the program. Depending upon what version you got and what crack/keygen/serial you have, so...

Ticketmaster tickets don't always have barcodes on them. (I believe) It is something that they started when some venues started to get the finger scanner thingies. Instead of ripping the ticket they just scan the barcode. Same end effect. Some places don't have the scanny things so they don't need t...

Re: Recording from RM
Hey All, 2. When I record with Advanced MP3 Recorder one channel is always stronger than the other, even though the settings are the same. This gives me "murky" recordings when I burn to CD If you look at the levels live, the left channel is always slightly higher than the right channel. ...
