Ha, Ha Buffet, way too late for me obviously. The restaurants in the Rose Quarter by the fountain all closed up :( We went to Kenny Chesney this summer and there was no where to party except inside. Pre-Party Gathering for Portland
Very cool place with excellent Happy Hour, Henry's Tavern. We can catch the Max to the concert and leave the cars parked in the Brewery Blocks parking lot. Last time we went to Buffet at the Rose Garden, they didn't let us tailgate.
