This is a great venue. Also known as the Mahalia Jackson Theater. Its one of those beautiful places such as The Fox in Atlanta. Seeing Bubba here will be a major event. The neighborhood is dicey though. I would suggest any out of towners stick to United cabs and stay out of Louis Armstrong Park.
